Jeanne Kleinsorg, a founder of SynergyApplied, has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience, including roles in an executive capacity. Her professional experience includes a range of industries, including energy, technology, and healthcare services; and operationally encompasses accounting and finance, sales operations, software development, information technology, and contract management. Jeanne has demonstrated expertise and a proven track record in improving accounting function efficiencies, streamlining processes, implementing software systems, and building departments. Her success in improving these departments enhanced their reputation with the Board of Directors, executive staff, external auditors, and financial institutions. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and cash management. Jeanne was an integral member of teams responsible for various successful projects, including the completion of an IPO and subsequent preferred stock offering, a corporate restructuring, an acquisition, and a post acquisition transition. Prior to joining Synergy Applied, Jeanne was Vice President of Finance at Pharmaceutical Care Network. Previously, she served as Controller of Pacific Bell Network Integration, a SBC subsidiary. In addition, Jeanne worked in a variety of accounting and finance positions at Chevron, KQED and Kenetech, Inc. Jeanne graduated from Golden Gate University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. She is a licensed C.P.A. (inactive) with the state of California and Cerftified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
