Dave Keane co-founded SynergyApplied
in 2005. He has more than 20 years of financial and operational management experience at both public and private companies.
During his career, he has held CFO and CEO positions. His professional experience includes a range of industries, including
healthcare services, technology manufacturing, energy, biotechnology, retail and manufacturing. In addition to his finance/accounting
experience, he has managed various operational areas, such as software development, IT, HR, legal/contracts, account management,
sales & marketing, facilities, and operations.

Dave
has a proven history of rebuilding finance/accounting organizations and restoring these departments' credibility with
the Board of Directors, external audit firms, executive management, and financial institutions. As CEO he played a lead role
in the sale of Pharmaceutical Care Network. He has participated on both sides of the acquisition and due diligence process.
He has extensive knowledge of business plans, operating plans, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, variance analysis,
and cash management including negotiating credit lines. Dave has been a member of teams responsible for various projects including
a plant relocation, presenting an international business case, the successful completion of an IPO and subsequent preferred
stock offering, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Prior to founding SynergyApplied, Dave
was CEO at Pharmaceutical Care Network, where he previously served as CFO. Additionally, he held various high level accounting
and finance positions at Telco Systems, U.S. Windpower, BioGenex Laboratories, and Sherwin Williams.
Dave graduated
from the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. He is a licensed C.P.A.
in Ohio (Inactive) and a member of the AICPA.
